Termination

"AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" Disclaimer

The Service is provided to You "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" and with all faults and defects without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, the Company expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory or otherwise, with respect to the Service.

1. Information about the collection of personal data

We are pleased that you are using our application (hereinafter "app"). In the following we inform you about the handling of your personal data when using our app. Personal data is all data with which you can be personally identified.

The person responsible for the processing of personal data is the natural or legal person who alone or jointly with others decides on the purposes and means of the processing of personal data.

When contacting us (e.g. via contact form or email), personal data is collected. This data is stored and used exclusively for the purpose of answering your request or for contacting you and the associated technical administration. Your data will be deleted once your request has been processed, provided that there are no legal storage obligations to the contrary.

3. Data processing for app functionality

For the core functionality of our habit tracking app, we collect and process the following data:

• Account information (email address, profile data)
• Habit tracking data (habits created, completion status, notes)
• App usage data to improve functionality
• Authentication data for secure access to your account

The legal basis for this processing is the performance of our contract with you (Article 6 (1) (b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in providing and improving our services (Article 6 (1) (f) GDPR).

4. Supabase

We use Supabase, a backend-as-a-service platform provided by Supabase Inc., for data storage, authentication, and app functionality. Your personal data is processed and stored on Supabase servers. Supabase provides enterprise-grade security and complies with industry standard security practices.

Data transfers to Supabase are based on our legitimate interest in providing reliable app services (Article 6 (1) (f) GDPR) and for the performance of our contract with you (Article 6 (1) (b) GDPR). We have appropriate data processing agreements in place with Supabase to protect your data.

5. Data retention

We retain your personal data for as long as necessary to provide our services and fulfill the purposes outlined in this privacy policy. You can delete your account at any time, which will result in the deletion of your personal data, except where we are required to retain certain information for legal or regulatory purposes.
